How to return your onsēm item
Drop us an email at contact.onsem@gmail.com to let us know which item you wish to return and the reason why.
Then just slip in the orignal onsēm invoice with your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed as returns: Please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
