How to return / exchange your item
1. Drop us an email at contact.onsem@gmail.com to let us know which item you wish to return and the reason why.
2. Then just slip in the orignal onsēm invoice with your return.
3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
4. Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed as returns: Please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
